• An apartment in the Olympic Tower, New York
  Prestigious apartments for international and British V.I.P.s in London
• Loft conversions
• The conversion of a large Victorian dairy in North Kensington into studio accommodation and working space.

Private Houses:

• Mexican- style house in St Tropez
• Various Middle Eastern residences
• Work on important country houses such as Hagley Hall
• Purpose built Colonial- style house in Jamaica

Commercial work:

• Renovation of the internationally renowned Connaught Hotel
• Substantial renovation for Asprey of Bond Street, and several of the Asprey Group’s subsidiaries.
• Major restoration has been completed at the Garrick Club, one of London’s foremost listed buildings, including the decoration of the Coffee Room (the Members’ dining room)

Christopher Vane Percy’s miscellaneous achievements:

• Has been awarded Stand of the Year Design Award at a Grosvenor House Antiques Fair
• Often called upon to judge stand and product design at various exhibitions including Decorex and Art London
• Published author of a definitive reference work on Lalique
